Went downstairs, made a fresh salad and had a piece of seasoned salmon. Ate the salad first and was still going strong.
Ate the salmon while reading a chess book. My mind starting getting foggy. Could not work any more and had to lay down. Had an
appoint and went there cloudy headed.
Do not know if it was the salmon or the seasoning.
Refined carbohydrates are not the only culprit.
Have been eating organic as much as possible to limit the chemicals that might be clouding my mind.
Thomas Edison avoided eating during the day for the same reason. That was more than a hundred years ago, so there were foods causing
problems then.
Probably there are natural foods that cause the mind to fog too.
